A type of a single issue test: @ Is my spouse having a affaire; is my son using drugs; did my cleaning lady steal my watch, is my employee stealing time, money, merchandize or giving property away ETC.
PCSOT—Sexual History
The purpose is to verify full and complete disclosure of sexual history for treatment purposes. A sexual history questionnaire completed by the offender and approved by the treatment provider must be submitted.
PCSOT—Maintenance / Monitoring
This type of test covers any sexual re-offending and any other illegal sexual behavior for a designated time period since being on probation/parole.
This test covers any violations of probation/parole conditions not listed above or violations of treatment rules and contracts.
Court Type Cases
Any type of criminal or civil matter when the truth must be verified.
